Hicham’s journey began in the heart of Casablanca, where he grew up watching his mother cook with love, patience, and tradition. Every dish she made carried the flavors of family, culture, and home. Inspired by her, Hicham dreamed of one day sharing that same warmth with the world. With hard work, determination, and the lessons his mother taught him, Hicham built his path, one filled with challenges, sacrifices, and an unwavering commitment to honoring his roots. Along the way, he refined his craft by working alongside some of the industry’s top chefs, learning the discipline, precision, and excellence that would one day define his own kitchens. But even the strongest dreams need support. From the very beginning, ever since they met, Hicham’s wife Intissar stood beside him, helping to build the foundation of his restaurants, managing operations, and bringing heart and hospitality into every corner of the business. Her creativity, resilience, and belief in their shared vision have been a driving force behind every success. Today, Casablanca Cuisine is not just a restaurant; it’s a tribute, to his mother, to the lessons learned in world-class kitchens, and to the partnership and love that made it all possible. Every plate served is a thank you to her, and a reminder that dreams built with heart always find their way home.
