Born and raised in Casablanca, Hicham Elmadi is a multi-skilled Executive Chef with over 24-years of experience in food preparation, banquet, and a-la-carte operations for leading wellness resorts, food service and restaurants. He specializes in French and Mediterranean Cuisines, with emphasis on using fresh products with a Farm-to-Table focus to create a pure cuisine experience. He is a culinary innovator, known for producing top-quality food.

Executive Chef Experience: Owner/ Chef Casablanca Mediterranean Grill, The Fish Camp, Hilton Head Health, Adam's Restaurant & Piano Bar, Vinny's on Windward and Au Pied de Cauchon in Paris and Atlanta.
